Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bin Yousuf Collections, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • The item is returned along with the original invoice/receipt.
  • A valid reason for exchange is provided (e.g., size issue, incorrect item, or defect).

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Items that show signs of use (stains, perfume, damage, or washing)

3. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within the allowed timeframe.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

4. Shipping & Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We do not reimburse courier charges unless approved by our team.

5. Processing Time

  • Exchange processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on product availability and logistics.

6. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or store credit.
  • If a product purchased at full price goes on sale later, the exchange will be processed based on the current (sale) price.
