3. Order Process

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
• Order confirmation will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• EasyPaisa / JazzCash

All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
For prepaid orders, payment must be completed before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

We partner with reliable courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
• Repeated failure to receive COD orders may result in restriction from future purchases.
